Mini-Draft #1. This is an era in which everybody needs to be responsible and pro-active. For too long, people have thought of the federal government as a parent or, well, “Uncle Sam”! Good citizens support law and order, pay their taxes, volunteer to help, serve on juries, vote, serve in the military when called, raise their children well, and do everything possible to make America better and better.

Mini-Draft #2. This is a powerful country. If other people say we can’t do something, we know they’re wrong. Americans are a proud people. There’s nothing we won’t do for others. Maybe sometimes our solutions are “too simple” and sometimes we make mistakes but we’re not mean-spirited. Of course we want a better life for our children because we believe in the American Way: justice, the rule of law, and the pursuit of happiness.
